Step One ~ $250 fee plus travel expenses ~ Set up a Renewable Energy Site Evaluation. The services you will receive include; (1) Solar Pathfinder Solar Site Analysis evaluating year-round solar radiation percentages available at your site. (2) drawings and photos of your location (3) guiding you through the applicable grant applications for your location. (grants are available from some utilities, state and federal programs) (4) identifying needs and load requirements of the household. (5) conservation recommendations for your individual situation (6) general designs of appropriate renewable energy systems for your site (7) a cost estimate of these renewable energy systems |

Step Two ~ $250 deposit ~ If you decided to move ahead with one or more of the renewable energy system options, after receiving your deposit, we can now provide you with: (1) itemized schematic of the system(s) including the cost of equipment, shipping, fees and refunds. (2) an hourly rate or labor bids will be included for each system. For step two we require a deposit. This deposit will be used for our time to pull together an itemized equipment list. When you choose to purchase this equipment from us, your deposit will be put towards the purchase cost of your system(s). |

Step Three ~ $ full payment for the equipment ~ Send in a check or transfer funds to purchase the equipment. At this time we will establish a time we can expect all of the supplies to arrive and arrange a mutually agreed upon time to install the system(s) |

Step Four ~ $ two payments for labor in the middle and at the end of the installation ~ We will begin to install your system and ask for labor payments when the project is half installed and another payment when the system is turned on. |
